South Central, Los Angeles emcee Osbe Chill shares the visuals for his heartfelt song “Spark.” Backed by the dreamy soulful backdrop courtesy of North Carolina-based producer GiveEmSoul, the emcee gives us a glimpse of his life from the hopes, dreams, and ambitions.
