German producer Ulle Kamelle enters this weekend playlist with “Noiz on Roidz.” The title already sets the precedent and leads with a thumping and near ear-bursting drum groove and scenic synth accompaniment. He also throws in some classic vocal samples from Busta Rhymes and the late ODB for good measure, which builds up the anticipation and eventual payoff.

Superglue ramps up the party vibe on this weekend instrumental playlist with “What’s Up.” The anthemic track is one for the books as the producer brings nothing but his A-game with a not so subtle call back to the 70s. Leading with a triumphant horn section and cinematic pads, he punctuates the track with a groove blend of the legendary “Funky Drummer” and “Impeach The President,” and the result is a rousing number that will keep the party goers jumping for joy.

Austrian producer Benny Bronco takes the playlist on a different turn with their latest release “Duo Infernale.” Fusing cinematic guitar licks, a prominent bassline, sublime horn riffs and brooding chords, the producer builds up tension reminiscent of a 70s Western flick with danger looming over the desert plains as the anti-hero makes his way to his goal.

“Soft Desire” by Sora Tapes is a blissful and nostalgia-inducing track that evokes good memories during bad times. The soft grooves, plucky synths, soothing textures and rich guitar licks all come together to create the perfect relaxing ambiance.

Chill4est goes “Homebound” in their latest release. Building on a brooding piano with progressive chords and moody textures and background foley. The producer takes us on a once-in-a-lifetime experience of pure emotions.

“ebi tempura” by GorillaSoundz is an uplifting soul/jazz piece with City-pop vibes. The drums are punchy and punctuated by the bassline alongside the rich horn accompaniment.

“Slick” is a collaborative effort from Norwich-based producer Malana and Oddability, two producers who have been featured on our site several times. The track is a laidback, relaxing piece that blends lofi soul with jazz aesthetics.

Next we have “Rising Sun” by Eric McCann, a new producer we stumbled across. What he gave us is a masterclass in modern jazz underpinned with contemporary sounds. We then head to Greece with the help of Snarez, who leads the way into “The Deep End.” The track is mellow, relaxing and blissful.

vhskid gives us something to get through the day in the form of the new single “Reverie On Repeat.” The track has a layered texture filled with plucky tones, digital xylos, soft piano chords and mellow grooves to complete the job.

Sometimes we just have to turn down the noise and listen within, and that is what LoFi Odyssey did for us with “Morning commute.” The producer delivers a soul-stirring piece that evokes reflections in its truest form.

German producers Paradise Pulse and Rato deliver a smooth boombap/jazz piece in the form of “Corner,” a relaxing jazz piece with modern contemporary soul elements.

“Eclipse” brings together French producer Easy Deviance and Japan’s konb for a brilliant collaborative effort that evokes good memories.

The final track “Horizon,” is presented by Ukraine-based Ryuu竜 and Germany’s Prod. By Outtake. Two producers who strive to push their musical boundaries. The track has a moody and reflective vibe and slowly raises the tension while resolving the mood in an instant. The blend of warm, brooding strings and a mellow bassline that plays with the drum groove, with soft vocal additions, makes the track perfect for one’s meditation playlist.
