Our top 5 submissions is quite a mixed bag I tell ya, from reggae infused hip-hop, erotic themed bangers to jet age remixes, we got that left field at the top this week. So sit back and get into the mood.

The IV League- Sam Solo “It’s Ours” (Prod. By: Atari Blitzkrieg)

The IV League gets thorough on this heavy string laden track. shoving all competitors aside they bum rush the microphone with reckless abandon and gusto. Just the way I like my hip-hop, rough, rugged and raw.

UK producer SVNTY6 (FKA FlamesYall) takes us into the sensual regions with this 9 track EP that pays homage to that good stuff. The project features acts such as MC Angel, Sus, Tokyo Cigar, Elogik Supreme and much more.

Schoolboy Q ft. Kendrick Lamar – Collard Greens (Sur Jazz Remix)

Producer Sur Jazz flips Schoolboy Q’s Collard Greens into something out of a space age b film. Built on pulsating synths, dirty bassline and thick snap drum patterns, this remix shows how creative this producer can be when it comes down to it. Weird but engaging.

Jigsaw Paul – The Idiot Boxxx

Hailing from Fort Worth Texas, a dude by the name of Jigsaw Paul aka Bobby Broseph dropped this humorous, off kilter project in our inbox. The Idiot Boxx plays like a seamless ad on your TV- I reckon in this case your speakers while Jigsaw Paul spins a tale of chilling with his woes, ladies of easy virtue and tons of self deprecating raps. Homie is unpredictable and I dig that. Mad props to him for that Gatchaman(Battle Of  The Planets) sample too

Paco The G Train Bandit –BQE Ride (feat Redddaz X Crimdella) [prod Carvo]

Bk emcee Paco the G train bandit entertains with some summer vibes on his new single BQE Ride. A funky, head nodding lighthearted track that features Reddaz and Crimdella. A brilliant blend of hip-hop and Reggae.
