Massachusetts duo The Hashassins release a new single summing up who they are which is “Misunderstood.” William Wallace and Sincere deliver lyrical revelations about the awkwardness they believe surrounds them.
The duo address being taken advantage of, lost ties with friends, estranged relationships, and fresh wounds compliments of life. Even with chips on their shoulders, Wallace and Sincere push forward and stagger with the flow. Shepard mixes trippy electric sounds over an arrangement of soulful cadences to set the tone for “Misunderstood.”
