Emerging South London-based rapper/songwriter Teddy Reiss started off by establishing a social enterprise called Rap Association in 2018. The platform saw him crafting and conducting workshops and custom rap songs for different corporate events which sharpened his skill. Later in 2019, after receiving the ACE Scholarship at the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM), Teddy officially started his rap career and produced his debut mixtape while working with other UK talents such as the legendary Funky DL, singer Cherri V and others.
His latest release titled “Lowkey” is a reflective and motivational record that details the rapper’s work ethic and attention to self-growth. Over the sombre guitar plucks and warm textures, Teddy gives listeners a profound glimpse into his life and the hard work he has put in to achieve his goals and he also implores listeners to never quit and keep forging ahead because the hustle will definitely pay off in the long run.
