Stones Throw pulled a sly one with this, announcing this on the day it was released. Nonetheless, it’s straight fire; Oh No, who is also in the process of remixing Guilty Simpson, lends his magic wand to Strong Arm Steady’s Stereo Jr. Full of the hard rhymes SAS had already given us, Oh No’s fire beats complete a real sick remixed album. Just a heads up by the way, you can only purchase this from Stones Throw online store and for two extra dollars you can subscribe to Stone Throw’s Drip.FM service for a month – get every Stones Throw release, plus some Drip.FM exclusives and the three previous releases to you signing up – which I thoroughly recommend.

Oh No has remixed Strong Arm Steady’s album Stereotype, and we kept it a secret until the day when the beat making, mixing and mastering were all complete and ready for release. That’s today.

Stereotype was originally recorded late last year with Statik Selektah on the beats, 14 tracks total. Oh No’s flip of the album is a shorter album than the original – seven vocal tracks with some worthwhile Oh No interludes, 30 mins runtime, and the price is nice.
