French beatsmith Sizemen, has been one of our favorite producers here on WIB for a while, the first project we introduced back in 2011 was the original Sizemen In Africa, sampling African music from the 70’s fusing incredible Jazz, Funk & Soul arrangements from an important period in African music which has suffered under-distribution to collectors in the decades since.
After 2 years, five instrumental projects who have accumulated more than 100,000 downloads, and a lot of success…Sizemen brings us the second volume of his “Sizemen In Africa” series.
Equally as brilliant Sizemen continues the work started on the first part, showcasing the musical heritage of different countries of the “Black Pearl” (Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, South Africa, Mali,Congo, Zaire, Angola, Ethiopia, etc.)..
Journey into the heart of African music, highlifeof Afrobeat through to the afrojazz, traditional music, pop and zouk instrumental
Sizemen in Africa Vol.2 is available for pre-order from today, before its official release on April 30
