“Non Stop” is another single from Rashad and Confidence‘s recording stash from 2011, when they originally teamed up for the deferred The Element Of Surprise album. Now, projected to see the light of day, the duo tease fans with a slew of singles that capture the 90s bombap style that we all love. The latest is the hard-hitting “Non Stop,” with its punchy drums, dark brooding keys and pads and excellent vocal scratched hook (from DJ Technic ) reminiscent of DJ Premier and of course smooth rhymes from Rashad. The result is a head nodding banger that is made for lovers of hardcore boombap sounds.
