Emerging Toronto-based rapper/producer Pax comes through the site with some jams for our listening pleasure. The first cut “Don’t Sleep On Me”makes use of a punchy guitar-laden beat that sits well with the rapper’s evocative lyrics and stylish flow. On here, he is fully into the bravado element and delivers a solid performance displaying wordplay and solid punchlines.

The second cut “Final Opponent” makes use of a licensed TikTok beat that has been doing rounds on the internet. Pax sure does his thing here with some insightful and bravado lyrics about finding inner strength to face the most important opponent of all, themselves.
