The source of a diverse range of acts, from Dilla to DOOM to Stepkids to Madlib, they have been pushing good music since ’96, when Peanut Butter Wolf started a movement which is grown beyond what anyone would have imagined. Few labels can claim to have consistently released that level of dope material over such a long period of time.
