Australian singer/songwriter NYNE drops new single “Jolene” for our listening pleasure. The track is produced by fellow Melbournian Chi who crafts a dark, moody backdrop complete with hard-hitting drums and layered textures.

“Jolene” is a heartfelt piece and sees NYNE fully immersing the listener in a sordid tale of a young lady who falls into eh ways of the world as she tries to rise to the top. It’s a story we are all too familiar with but NYNE approaches it in her own unique manner laced with a hypnotic melody and gripping harmonies.
