NJ-raised, Naples, FL-based producer Notbrian serves up this off-kilter offering titled “dumbnotstupid,” a track that showcases his experimental style. From the slow build-ups, crescendos, and seamless transitions and switch-ups, Notbrian keeps listeners engaged with his love for dynamic arrangement and unpredictable progressions.

“dumbnotstupid” is taken from his new project This Or The River.

This is the first track on an upcoming project I’m putting out on Feb. 7th, called “This Or The River” — this track combines a more aggressive kind of trip hop style with a sort of alt/post-rock exploration of ambient and distorted synth elements particularly in the intro and breakdown sections, for an overall quite moody and “pissed-off” sound.
