UK hip-hop collective New Guardz returns to our pages with the visual of their song “Lady Day” which is a showcase of pure lyrical skill and finesse. Backed by the jazzy boom-bap backdrop provided by Motion Hyrule, the emcees set the tone with their unique blend of styles peppered by smooth, evocative, and insightful lyrics.

The visual directed by Guardz MC Tommy Biz compliments the moody sounds of the track itself with its warm and cinematic aesthetics and use of seamless transitions and performance shots of the guys imbibing in the pub.
