Multi-talented singer/songwriter/actress  Mia Delamar has built her resume with many credits behind her name.  From working with multi-platinum record producer JDub and Billboard Studios to producing her EP Focus, Mia has been putting in work and now she caught our ears with the bouncy record titled “Silly”. The track harks back to the pop/r&b tunes of the 2000s with its lush synths, mellow keys and groove and sees Mia delivering a layered melodic performance ripe with catchy aesthetics and relatable songwriting. She shares a familiar tale of being self-aware and cautious to get lost in a relationship.

The 24-year-old artist has been singing since her youth, with music being at the core of who she is. Discussing how “Silly” came to be, Mia explains:

“I heard the beat and the melody for the hook came to me right away. All I heard in my head was “Silly Me, Sill-y Me” over and over and eventually, the rest of the song flowed right out. It was really one of those divine moments, where my God-given gift was working at full capacity. I’ll never forget it.”
