Matt McKnzi‘s latest effort “Packed” is a mid-tempo jam ripe with sublime melodic runs and unapologetic songwriting. Over the lush guitar riffs, shaping drums and warm pads, Matt shares a tale of an ex who keeps coming back but he is not eager to entertain their presence. He reminds us that he has moved on and the notion reaches fever pitch in the chorus with lines like  “I packed you all the way up/So whatchu callin’ me for/I know you’re lining me up/But I’m nothin’ like before“.
