Hardworking producer Billy Hammer continues his string of location-themed releases with the latest being “shoshone”. The sombre and eclectic instrumental pays homage to the North American Indian group of the same name that occupied the territory from what is now southeastern California across central and eastern Nevada and northwestern Utah into southern Idaho and western Wyoming. The track has a surreal and dreamy vibe and is made up of a blend of traditional sounds with modern production techniques.
