On his newest release titled “It Ain’t Over,” he reminds us that he is still doing his thing and paid enough dues to get the credit he deserves. Lil E also speaks of being independent and being adamant about pushing Compton to the world.

The track is quite punchy and cinematic and from the moment you hit the play button, the drums and broody texture hits the ears. It’s also bolstered by a melodic chorus that helps sum up the theme of the song.

“It Ain’t Over” is Lil Eazy-E’s homage to the anniversary of his father’s demise.
