As expected KRS-One utilizes all 3 minutes of this song to the fullest, dropping gems after gems after gems. While some may complain about the master blaster’s somewhat preachy lyrics and “fight the powers that be” stances what I find fascinating is the longevity in the master blaster staying true to himself regardless of the change in times.

We young ones may feel different but facts are still facts whether we acknowledge them or not.
