Straight out of the Westside of Detroit Michigan comes emerging rapper Jonnie Morris who comes through with a hard-hitting gem titled “Tic Tac Toe”

Backed by a pounding ominous trap beat, Morris goes for gold on this tune and expresses himself to the fullest extent with his gruff vocals and passionate delivery. He stays in the pocket at all times and drops uplifting lines such as “Every time I put one foot out, I take 2 steps back I don’t quit/ I refuse, I can never ever lose my faith/I’ve been through a lot of shit.” He doesn’t hold back and delivers a message of perseverance and hope for all to grow on.

For those that don’t know, He is also the son of popular local R&B singer Jonnie Keith Morris.
