The R&B/hiphop-infused track is made up of soulful and solemn guitar riffs, ethereal pads and soft hushed drums underpinned by Jaymellz mellow melodic runs and insightful bars that dwell on the lack of communication between two lovers in this modern dating era. He takes us through the ups and downs of being in a stagnant relationship and how two individuals go from loving each other to not even seeing eye to eye and ultimately finding the need to sit down and face the issues head-on. The verses are quite detailed and Jaymellz’s storytelling really puts things in perspective as he shows us the unpredictable dynamics of being in a relationship and the way he constructed the melodic hook is brilliant too.
