Jay has just put out a very purposeful video to a song he recorded in the wake of the George Floyd killing by the police and the uprisings that have followed quickly on its heels. The video speaks particularly to race relations in America and there is not a lot of confidence in the possibility of change hence the title ‘Maybe’. He describes the visuals saying:

“A song, and video, I made in order to push involvement and awareness in the current movement happening.”

It is a hard watch to see people begging to be treated as human beings and not as commodity. But the video is very valuable in this moment when a statement needs to be made. Enjoy the video but also be aware that you can get personal with Jay on his Instagram.
