Another throwback in short succession I know but I just uncovered this and need to share because it is fairly low profile. I had no idea that a couple of my favourite producers and Oddisee were familiar with each other, let alone worked together. It’s just crazy dope.

 Heralds Of Change – Sittin’ on the Side (feat. Oddisee & Unknown)

Heralds Of Change is the side project of two fairly untypically Hip-Hop producers in Mike Slott and Hudson Mohawke (the latter I’ve mentioned many times before on WIB). But they come together for this magical EP – and a couple more – to produce a series of banging, neck-snapping crazy beats, completed by the one and only Oddisee who is also joined on the mic by Unknown and Mudd. This is the title track, and my fave of the bunch, but the EP is definately worth copping.
