“Brighter Days” is a feel-good track by Gypsy that serves as her focus single as she prepares for her forthcoming EP. The track has a bouncy summery feel with its heavy drums and lush guitar textures that lay the foundation for Gypsy’s unique lyrical style that references a wild variety of elements from pop culture and then some.
The record tells an imaginative tale of an empath who is on a journey of self-reflection while helping others. Gypsy plays the central figure, a being with empathic powers that transcends time and space. She also throws in a bunch of references ranging from Ninja Turtles and Star Wars for good measure.
