Eb7#9 is a producer hailing from NY and I must say, this project is truly amazing in more ways than one. Simply put, its a combination of various influences layered with hard pounding lo fi drums and percussions. At one point he’s strumming the guitar, at another he carefully chops up jazz piano chords and off kilter sounds to create some type of dark, grim soundscape that immediately triggers scenes from some 70s low budget sci fi flick.  This must be one of the most experimental approach to hiphop I have heard in a minute and I must admit it almost threw me off at some point but it all made sense after a several listens. This is definitely not for the passing listener and I implore you to really take a break, relax and digest this offering.
