DRS killed it! I wasn’t sure what to expect with this release, and pleasantly unsurprised is the best description of my reaction to this album. If you don’t know, DRS is one half of the Manchester hip hop duo, Broke ‘n’ English, who have been at the spearhead of the Manchester hip hop scene for around a decade. Now it is time for a second solo release from our Del. The production come from a heavyweight selection of producers including Dub Phizx, Calibre, dBridge, Marcus Intalex and more, with vocal contributions from the likes of Strategy, Jehst, Konny Kon, Jenna G and Tyler Daly. This is not a traditional line-up of hip hop producers, but this is not a traditional hip hop album. It’s just a straight up dope release!
