Sydney, Australia-based producer, singer-songwriter, and music video director Driftwood. teams up with UK emcee Still Greedy  for this sublime and experimental tune titled “Bremfields.” The production here is quite cinematic and dynamic, from the sublime vocal chants, swelling pads, and atmospheric textures, the track slowly blooms as it progresses. Driftwood. on the other hand delivers a solid vocal performance that sees him straying from the norm with his unique melodic runs and vocal inflections. He dwells on being trapped in a world where his artistic capabilities are limited and he seeks to break the said bond to fully express himself. He is also joined by Still Greedy who adds his own unique touch to the track with a commanding verse and thoughtful lyrics.

The visuals for “Bremfields” are self-directed by Driftwood. and represent the ebb and flow, the push and pull, of energies which are then manifested within the material universe. It features his friends and collaborators, DOP Matt Scott Chow Was, and Ben Covro. The visual is quite cinematic and makes use of different motifs representing the constant flux of energies, from expressive choreography, dark moody lighting, and rapid cut scenes and effects, the result is quite gripping.

Driftwood. adds that this was accomplished by keeping a small team, they are able to get things done without interfering with the flow or wasting time with a larger production crew which is viewed as unnecessary for what he is trying to accomplish.
