The duo of  Dr Mad and Jai Nitai Lotus are back at it once more with a brilliant single titled “Blue In The Water“. The almost 2 minute song explores a different, off kilter blues influenced  lo fi Hip-Hop. Sounds like a mouthful but once the music is set in motion, the listener is immediately drawn into this tripped out soundscape crafted by Dr Mad while  Jai Nitai weaves a warped out sing-songy chorus followed by a quick verse.

 Only time will tell if the two Montreal artists will bless us with a full length LP or EP because it seems they have found quite an engaging sound together. Only time will tell.
