The Atlanta-Bronx duo of Dillon & Diamond D  recently joined forces to craft their new collaborative project Uncut Gems, a project that blends hard-hitting beats with brilliant lyricism. With a living legend like Diamond D behind the boards and seasoned veteran emcee Dillon on the microphone, the result speaks for itself. From the solid intro that sees both artists sharing mic duties to the effortless bars of “Pardon Our Dust,” where Dillon is joined by West Coast luminaries Planet Asia and Ras Kass on over Diamond’s piano-laced banger that provides the ideal backdrop for the three emcees to flow effortlessly from verse to verse, with Dillon’s crips cuts adding the chef’s kiss.
