Chicago hip-hop group Da$Htone returns with a brand new single titled “Bubble Gum”, a groovy jazz-infused soulful track that blends fiery raps with soothing melodic runs in a seamless manner. The production is lively, dynamic, and exudes dramatic progressions with lush textures and grooves. The track sees the artists diving into what true self-respect is within a relationship that seems to be one-sided.
Da$Htone is a nine-piece Chicago hip-hop group founded in 2011. Drawing influence from artists like Lupe Fiasco, John Legend, Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse, and Blu, the group’s creative use of melody, harmony, and poetry aims to promote love, peace, and understanding.
