Emerging NJ-based producer C.G. teams up with emcees Ren Thomas and Bizarre (D12) on the laidback jam titled “Never Sold Dope” which is the debut leak from his forthcoming compilation EP, The Certified Geniius.
Backed by C.G.’s raw and addictive production, both Ren and Biz waste no time in delivering heavy doses of humor and bravado in their verses. And then there’s the smooth catchy hook from Ren, who’s really showing off his chops as a well-rounded artist throughout “Never Sold Dope.” “Never Sold Dope” is the first taste of what to expect on C.G’s upcoming compilation that drops next month and boasts features from the likes of Guilty Simpson, Rockness Monsta, Ca$his, and Twisted Insane, among others. The release also comes with instrumental versions of each track so listeners can dig deeper into C.G.’s gifts as a producer.
