Big Twins and DirtyDiggs recently released their collaborative Queensbridge EP, A solid six-track effort dedicated to Twins’ Q-Boro stomping ground, that includes a strong supporting cast of guest features from the likes of Hus Kingpin, Willie The Kid, Planet Asia, Tristate, Killer Ben, Godfather Pt. III and more. In the promotion of the project, they’ve released the 2-in-1 video for “Do It Big, Do Em Dirty” & “Cash In.” The visuals which are directed by DirtyDiggs showcase the emcee in his element, meditating on life and its woes while delivering raw, tack-sharp raps.

The first half of the visual “Do It Big, Do Em Dirty” captures Big Twins in a solemn state as he describes the outcome of being in the hood amongst wolves and then some. The visuals here takes place in a bar where the QB native takes time to nourish himself with some brew as he enjoys the scenery. The second half “Cash In” has a more dark/broody feel that fits Twins’ rugged flows and dark rhymes.

He sums up his feelings with this quote that he shared with us.

“Growing up in Queensbridge scarred me for life, but also helped me get out of the hood to become a businessman and do what I do,” Twins explains. “To this day, I continue to visit QB a few times a year, shooting videos and keeping in touch with people there. It reminds me of how hard my life is and makes me want to work harder.”
