Producer K-Murdock released his labour of love Hero Muzik Vol.1 earlier this week – taking the character themes from Final Fantasy 6 and giving them that Neosonix vibe.  I personally enjoyed this a lot, being a fan of the game series and scores in general.  Also it’s always great to me when artists walk on the path less travelled with projects like this and put out something to shake up your regular listening.

In the same situation with Forever Famicon, there is no requirement to be even remotely familiar with the original content, as these beats stand alone on their own merit and should be checked out…
