Cellar Door – Songs Of Experience (UK)
Playing from Bandcamp
Listening to this instrumental project by UK producer Cellar Door (real names Bradley Lloyd) got me pondering on the unlimited possibilities of genre fusion. We all know Hip-Hop is an amalgamation(for lack of a better word) of several genres and influences which I think led to its growth and popularity. With that in mind, this project ‘Songs Of Experience’ -while not charting new horizons -but rather reinforcing the uniqueness of classical music over Hip Hop drums and percussions. Sounds like you have heard it before right? Well I implore you to take a closer look at this short collection.
Get with the program.
