This is information-based AI-Music, not the kind that drifts; this is precision, this is realignment.
These words are part of the mission statement from FREQ1C, a conscious hip-hop project powered by AI music technology. Their new release The Assumption, is a 20-track project that intersects modern social, political and philosophical concepts with multi-genre sounds to create a complete body of work that is made to question everything we have been taught. The overall theme is influenced by Neville Goddard‘s Law of Assumption, which underpins the core of the subject matter.
By persisting in the mental state that your desire is already achieved—ignoring contrary physical evidence—you compel it to manifest. This technique focuses on changing inner belief over taking external action

This forms the foundations of the lead single “Only Reality,” a thought-provoking piece that channels the power of self-belief and manifestation of one’s reality from within. The production is energetic and evokes a sense of urgency, alongside the lyrics that feel like a call to action with affirmative lines like  “Change my mind and watch the outside do the same.” “It Is Written”  reinforces the power of manifestation from the internal space and stands on the concept that what has been written can never be changed; it might be delayed, but it will surely come to pass. The lyrics are carefully crafted and stick to the main philosophy of the project, and it’s projected by lines like “The seed is planted, the fruit is near/I walk in faith I have no fear.” The next track, “The Cause,” explores the concept of being a factor and the holder of one’s destiny in the grand scheme of things. Here, all external forces are relegated to the background, and the only one directing the affairs is the man with a strong will and raw determination. The next set of tracks also follows suit, with each one carving away at the core concepts and techniques presented by the Law of Assumption. “I Speak, It Moves” presents a calm state where one is not seeking validation but making chess moves with intentionality; “Feeling is the secret” breaks down the process of being in the flow state, while “Assume The State” is the final form of this state, informing audiences of the power of independence with lines like “I don’t talk, I radiate/I don’t ask I resonate/I don’t chase, I calibrate.” The track also switches up from the previous rap genre into an experimental future R&B/pop sound with dark cinematic textures and sublime melodic runs.

“The Shift” reflects a bit on uncertainty and forges on when the character gains clarity and the power of self-control, and in the celebratory “The Wish Fulfilled,” the project takes audiences on the podium where dreams are made.”Already Mine” and “I Live The Life” straddle similar themes of having dominant inner assumptions about yourself. In essence, assumptions create reality, and the element of persistence also comes into play. Throughout the project, the soundscape continues to morph and change according to the subject matter, but largely, they do fall into a certain prototype that is attributed to the power of AI technology.
Other notable tracks include the reflective “I Remember When,” “Revision,” and “Let It Grow” with its contemporary pop vibe. The production is crisp and hard-hitting, while the use of melodic raps and engaging pop refrains adds an extra sauce to the profound themes. The tracks talked about a dark time filled with doubt and the slow process of finding one’s true purpose by cultivating the right mental attitude, and also the concept of revision, where one reimagines a past event differently, altering the memory to align with a more desirable outcome.
I am not becoming, this is what I do” underscores the theme in “Living In The End” where the character is acting as though their desires have already been fulfilled, rather than wanting it to be, they just are and embody their desired state. The final track, “Sleep In The Assumption,” brings the project in full circle with the core message intact. The assumption has already taken place, the desired state is finalized within, and the course of action is to embody it by taking action with persistence and laser-guided focus. “The Promise (Outro)” concludes the project with a solid epilogue detailing what to expect after mastering the laws. It is quite an interesting approach to end it and doesn’t leave audiences on a cliffhanger, but rather a little reminder of what to expect.
