AKS gifts us with the second instalment of his mode of transport Ep series. The sophomore EP is titled Train of Thought and for those of you familiar with the famous London metro system fondly called the tube you would easily get the gist in the snippets/soundbites included in specific parts on the EP. The EP is essentially a snapshot of the young artist as he deals with life as  a MC chasing his dream, handling delicate relationships with his significant other/friends et al. The topically dense EP boasts production from DemDrums, Kefas and AKS himself. Collaborations with vocalists Tawiah (Mark Ronson, Dev Hynes, Ghostpoet), Obenewa (Plan B, Rosie Lowe, Machinedrum), and Sincerely Wilson also add that extra soulful flavour to the project.

Speaking about the inspiration behind his Train of Thought EP, AKS says, “this project forms part of a conversation piece between myself as an artist, the listeners and the current musical landscape. This is just my side of that conversation. I’m sharing my hopes, my dreams, and my aspirations, alongside my fears, mistakes and struggles. I’m commenting on what I see around me on a daily; but most of all I’m showing growth as an artist… and furthermore as a human being”.
