As Kinetik mentioned below…this track both saddens me and makes a bit angry that all this things are now long gone. Really miss those days.

In a weird way, this is one of the saddest songs on the whole album. It upsets me that at a relatively young age, I sometimes wish that things were the way they used to be. As much as I look forward to my future, I can’t help but feel as though I want to go back to the days when life was a lot simpler.

When I was working on this song it was originally about taking Hip Hop back to how it used to be, but Jon Phonics mentioned that I was coming across as sounding bitter about it. So I expanded the theme to cover my childhood memories and instead of just name dropping, I set out to include some old school references and weave them into a cohesive story.
