TWYN is made up of multi-instrumentalists and songwriters Jason Matthews and Aaron Glueckauf who have a knack of blending electronic soul elements with hip-hop, breakbeats, and electronic dance music. The Miami-based experimental duo delivers their first single titled “Dystopia” which exudes a very surreal feel with its swirling synths, snappy drums, and atmospheric textures. The track slowly builds into a cosmic ear grabber as member Aaron Glueckauf delivers an airy performance at the tail end of the beat.  “Dystopia” captures the essence of a live TWYN show. It was originally improvised in the studio using looper pedals, live drums, and analog arpeggiators. The short single is a teaser for their debut EP that will feature more instrumental driven music recorded in the same fashion.

“Dystopia” is taken from their forthcoming debut EP slated for early 2019.
