“Frosted Flakes” is an engaging collaboration between Spanish producer Toroweins and Detroit-based emcee Benny Holmes. The duo linked over SoundCloud and slowly built a rapport that led to the birth of the collaboration. Toroweins’ production is punchy, cinematic, and quite anthemic while Benny delivers an impassioned performance that displays his fluid style. Benny’s performance is solid and riddled with excellent wordplay, wit, and a lot of bravado-laden elements that lovers of hip-hop will enjoy.

Benny Holmes explained how they met as follows. “On SoundCloud, everything is a scam,” Holmes said. “The beats were really good when he sent them over, which made me even more skeptical because they were all fire, professional beats.”
