Dutty Moonshine Big Band x Odjbox – “Tommy & Loretta”
Dutty Moonshine Big Band and Odjbox team up for this ambitious piece titled “Tommy & Loretta.” The record is a nice blend of Noir Jazz and hip-hop helmed by the smooth vocals of Odjbox over the cinematic jazz arrangements of the 14 man band. The song tells the tale of love between 2 individuals in the mob and it’s accompanied by a fully animated Art Deco music video.

Helen Denham – “Take It All Back”
Singer/songwriter Helen Denham delivers soothing vibes on her new single “Take It All Back.” Backed by the lush warm vibes courtesy of producer Fat Matt of Cool Company, Denham gives a heartwarming performance ripe with lush earworm melodies.
Besides music, Denham is also a women’s rights activist and host of the ‘Lifted’ podcast.

Blak-Ram – “Janjaweed Deeds”
Blak-Ram‘s “Janjaweed Deeds” is about the horrific massacre that happened in Sudan on June 3rd, 2019 at the sit-in site at the Military HQ and the crimes of General Hemedti’s Militia the (Janjaweed) and the National Intelligence and Security Services of Sudan. He takes the listener down memory lane with graphic lyrics over a dark ominous texture.

German soul group Kleopetrol delivers a nice soul lifting single/video titled “When This Sh*t is Done.” written and recorded during the global lockdown, the group takes time to deliver a message of love, unity, and Soul Power to the people. the song has a hopeful feel and implores the listener to take time to savor the moment once this craziness is over because there is no time like the present.
