Producers Future Infinite and Imperial team up with guitarist Theo Juarez for this soulful summery cut titled “Golden.” The aptly titled track is ripe with rich textures, warm pads, headnodding grooves reminiscent of 90s boombap and jazz.
Tommy Butters – “Affirmative (Instrumental)”
Tommy Butters drops off “Affirmative (Instrumental),” a p[unchy lofi boombap piece ripe with layered textures and atmospheric pads laced with experimental and dynamic arrangements. The track is brilliant and lives up to its title.
YSF DaBeat – “Starlight”.
Producer YSF DaBeat switches things up with “Starlight,” a futuristic trap beat comprising scenic synth riffs, thick 808 drums , dark pads and vocal samples to complete the mission.
jade tree – “good day”.
Emerging producer jade tree taps into the positive vibes in their latest release “good day.” The track uses sound banks from Serato stems and completed in Ableton and the result is an uplifting piece that aims to get everyone going.
Seckinger – “here, take my hoodie”
Seckinger‘s “here, take my hoodie” is a laidback reflective piece comprising warm and solemn chords, mellow tones with downtempo drum grooves that all come together like peas in a pod.
Flavanoid – “Digital Scars”.
Rising Toronto, Canada-based producer/recording artist Flavanoid drops “Digital Scars.” A bouncy, synth-driven yet soulful tune that comprises rich tones, bright pads/pianos and a punchy drum groove to complete the job.
Groove. – “FreshOutlook”
Groove.’s latest release “FreshOutlook,” is a bass-driven jazz-hop piece with modern neo-soul vibes. The track has so much to unpack, from the pluck guitar licks, prevalent bass arrangement and subtle vocal hums.
Ogi feel the Beat, Chill Select! – “Chill Activity”.
Veteran producer Ogi feel the Beat, continues his releases with Chill Select! on this new effort titled “Chill Activity.” The track lives up to its name with a rich mix of dreamy pads, sublime piano rolls, subtle horns and soft vocal hums over a soft drum groove. The track is the opening song on the Chill Radio EP.
Superglue – “Not What It Is”.
Superglue and Anton enter our playlist with “Not What It Is,” a neo soul/experimental jazz piece that also has some hip-hop elements. The downtempo drums are punctuated with sublime horns, ethereal pads and lush strings.
