UK-based eclectic rap project Those Damn Thieves is the musical brainchild of Declwa (Unmother, Yataghan Cuts), who opts to stray from the norm and employ a plethora of musical styles that push the envelope. On the new single “Falling Buildings,” he brings a cinematic and off-kilter style to the forefront alongside a fiery rap performance ripe with insightful lyrics. From string quartet, a rousing trumpet solo and heavy electric guitars, and hard-hitting drums, listeners are slowly drawn into the mix of things when the song transitions into different sections. 

So far the single “Battlefield” (2015) and the EP Coherent (2021) have been released while a full-length album is scheduled for the beginning of 2022.
