The musical partnership between Cam Be and Neak continues to soar and expand as they team up with emerging Zambian-American songstress THISISSHEBA for her debut single “If You Let Me.” The track is a blend of modern neo-soul with a lofi-hip-hop twist and talks about reigniting love with an ex during the cuffing season. The production and arrangement are quite dynamic and layered with rich chords overlapping, moody textures, mellow tones and a plucky groove that ties it all together. THISISSHEBA sets the tone with her laidback and sultry vocal runs and vivid songwriting that puts audiences right in the middle of the action. Cam Be joins the fray with a short verse alongside Neak who both add the male perspective to the song.

Having lent her vocals to several Chicago music acts, THISISSHEBA is now branching out into her solo career with “If You Let Me, produced by Cam Be and featuring Neak & Cam Be, establishing a new wave of soul and hip-hop emerging from the Chicago collective A Film Called Black.
