The Strangers, Leeroy (Saïan Supa Crew), General Elektriks and Lateef the Truthspeaker have come together for this vibrant pop-infused record titled “Please Believe”. The record is the precursor to their forthcoming self-titled album which is set to be released on September 15. Over the vibrant and bouncy soundscape, listeners get to hear a seamless fusion of pop, and hip-hop with a modern and off-kilter and thought-provoking vibe. The song is both uplifting and insightful as they don’t hold back on the social commentary and political stance that explores the state of affairs. Lines like “Never really cared bout who you thought I might not be Never really cared if you were never feeling me I’ll keep going it can get hard not to see But if you don’t give a fuck don’t expect no fucks from me” set the tone from the jump and give listeners something to channel their anger through.

The Strangers are American emcee Lateef The Truthspeaker (Blackalicious/Latyrx), French emcee Leeroy (Saïan Supa Crew), and French keyboardist/producer/singer Hervé Salters (aka General Elektriks).

Please Believe” is the second single taken from  The Strangers’ upcoming September 15th release.
