German hip-hop veterans SoulRocca made up of  Boogiedown Base , 12 Finger Dan ( aka Soulbrotha) and Munich producer Roccwell team up with M-Dot for this smooth but hard-hitting tune titled “Toil”. The Preem-inspired soundscape is made up of horn stabs, punchy drum grooves and excellent scratches but the icing on the cake is M-Dot’s laidback and slick performance. The Beantown rap veteran doesn’t miss a step and delivers punchline after punchline.

The song also comes with an accompanying video that follows M-Dot doing his thing with the bars while strutting through the Burlington Record Plant (Vermont) as the vinyl pressing process unfolds.

The single is taken from the group’s album “In Good Company” (Out Now), which is a homage to the many rap classics of the last three decades but with a fresh twist thanks to the contributions of talented artists such as M-Dot, QnC, DJ Eclipse & DJ Riz, J57, Dro Pesci, Wildelux and more. The album is streaming everywhere digitally and physicals are available via GoonsGear.
