Slick Walk is a Berlin-based duo made up of producer Merse and German DMC Champion DJ Robert Smith who made their entry into the industry with their self-titled debut in 2015. As 2019 comes to a close, the duo launch their new effort titled “Loud & Clear” which displays their experimental style of hip-hop. Made up of cinematic synths, hard-hitting drums and a chant-like vocal sample by Busta Rhymes, “Loud & Clear” sounds just like what the title suggests. Joining the duo on this one is long-time collaborator Supastition ( he worked with them on their 2017 single “Never Ever”) who delivers a verbal hijack with ferocious rhymes laced with witty wordplay and engaging rhyme schemes.
