Veteran UK emcee Shocka drops the third instalment of his Conscious Grime music series alongside the lead single Jordan Stephens. The hard-hitting track is a self-affirmative anthem that explores courage, work ethic, and the ultimate power of self-belief in an age where people seek external validation. The soundscape carries the UK grime sound with syncopated drums, dark electronic textures, and thick buzzing basslines that serve as the perfect canvas for the emcees to display their lyrical wares.

This collaboration is a landmark as both emcees are respected in the field, with Jordan Stephens building his reputation as one half of the iconic group Rizzle Kicks.

The album Conscious Grime 3 continues where the first two instalments left off, and finds Shocka bridging the gaps of lyrical creativity, human connection and depth. Taking the lessons and experiences he has learned into this new project to build something bigger than music. In his own words,

“I wanted the CG Trilogy to feel bigger than just me, The features are a huge part of that. Everyone brings something different, and that’s what makes the project special. I want people to hear these songs and feel something – whether that’s motivation, nostalgia, emotion, energy, or simply the feeling that they’re part of something.”
