Virginia Beach, Virginia-raised singer/songwriter who goes by the moniker Shaolinn caught our ears with her rendition of the Sade classic tune “Cherish”. The new version sees Shaolinn interpolating similar melodic runs with her own distinct and unique twist backed by a punchy soulful soundscape to boot. The result is quite blissful and original for the most part.
