I use Cubase5 to sequence my production. Within Cubase5 exists a litttle bitty folder called “Edits” that contains all copies of modulated or processed audio information. Deleting that folder is to your beats as taking the tires off the wheels is to your truck. Thanks to good friends, I was guided to some pretty awesome recovery software and manage to get alot of the information back, but not all… Peep the heat and support!!..ghea!

So in the process of “Summer Cleaning” i was able to really clear up some space, delete old/corrupt sessions and gather a few sampl- based instrumentals that were pretty decent but collecting dust…rejects…..beats that couldnt get the call to the mound….the GARBAGE…..the TRASH…..!!!!!! Some of these beats are more than 7 years old.
