Japanese music producer S-MAN is back in the business as he drops a couple of songs from his stash. The tracks are collaborations with rappers and a producer.
The first cut, “Tiffany’s,” is a moody lo-fi hip-hop track produced by S-Man and J-Wizudum. The track is anchored on a recurring, obscure vocal melody with solemn textures that loops in an off-beat manner but that doesn’t deter rapper
MaGIc from showing off his rapping ability as he effortlessly glides over it.
The second track, “Out in Shibuya,” features rapper Dexter Fizz, and it’s an off-kilter lo-fi hip-hop track brimming with soulful samples and bare bones grooves. The track has a muddy aesthetic or rather an analog vibe to it.
