Asbury Park-based musician, producer, & singer/songwriter Quincy Mumford shares his thoughts on the global lockdown on his new single “Quarantine.” The track has a soulful and bright vibe with its smooth keys, warm bassline, and drums that blend perfectly with his laidback flow and evocative lyrics about a better tomorrow.

He brings to the fore an aspirational and motivational vibe that aims to inspire listeners to find a silver lining in the dark clouds above.

“Quarantine” is taken from his latest EP titled Every Wednesday with world-renown producer, Jenaux.

Quincy grew up in a small beach town on the east coast of New Jersey. Inspired by the ocean and surrounding city of Asbury Park, he was fascinated by its music history and deep roots. He spent most of his time surfing and playing guitar. From 2008, Quincy began releasing local award-winning records and touring across the country with his live band. With Quincy’s positive message through his music, and his efforts to give back to his community, he has raised over $200,000 for non-profits over the years.
